A new recycling law went into effect his morning in San Diego County, making mandatory for all apartment complexes with 100 units or more in the county to recycle.
As someone who lives in an apartment complex that doesn't offer recycling, I think this law is great! While my building won't fall into the 100-unit category, I hope that we can get some form of recycling program going, and I am working with other residents to get a program started.
